CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that a 100% charge will apply for no-shows or late cancellations. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for haircut appointments and 48 hours’ notice for color services, as these appointments reserve larger time blocks that are often difficult to refill on short notice. I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made when appropriate.
